We’re excited to send Sweet Kravings beyond our local community! We offer nationwide shipping within the United States on eligible products, so you can enjoy your favorite Kravings wherever you are.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery generally takes 2–3 business days.

Please keep in mind that processing and transit times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Perishable Products

Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food, perishable products, or sale items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, but occasionally packages can be damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once we review the issue, we’ll do our best to make it right with either:

• A replacement at no additional charge, or
• Store credit toward a future Sweet Kravings purchase.

We kindly ask that you contact us promptly after delivery so we can properly assess and resolve the issue.
