Cottage Food Disclosure

Sweet Kravings Cupcakery currently operates as a Florida Cottage Food Operation and operates in accordance with applicable Florida cottage food requirements.

Under Florida law, qualifying cottage food operations are exempt from the state's food-permitting requirements when operating within the requirements and applicable sales limitations established by Florida law. Florida law also permits qualifying cottage food products to be sold online and delivered directly to consumers, including through commercial mail delivery services.

Our products are prepared in a home-based kitchen and are not prepared in a state-permitted commercial food establishment.

As required by Florida law, applicable cottage food products are labeled with the required information, including ingredients, allergens, and the required cottage-food statement.
