Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sweet Kravings, our products are thoughtfully prepared to order. Because many of our items are fresh, perishable, customized, or prepared specifically for your celebration, we have a limited refund and cancellation policy.

Custom Orders, Catering, Pickup & Delivery

Orders for custom cakes, cupcakes, catering, pickup, and delivery are prepared specifically for each customer and event.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 24–48 hours before your scheduled event or fulfillment date. Depending on the order and circumstances, customers may be eligible to receive a 70% refund of their order total.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled fulfillment or event date may not be eligible for a refund due to the preparation, ingredients, labor, and resources already committed to the order.

Perishable & Food Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on food or other perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly with clear photos so we can review the situation and determine the best way to make it right.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please make sure your device, email address, and other required information are correct before completing your purchase.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Name and contact information
• Email address
• Shipping or delivery address
• Pickup or event details
• Order specifications and customization details

Sweet Kravings is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect fulfillment resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
